Babette is excited for you to join her for an upbeat, sweaty workout that’ll put a smile on your face.

Britany Walrath

Britany’s four-year personal practice lead her to complete her 200 RYT with Transitions Yoga through Yoga Alliance in March 2018. She continues to be a student by attending workshops and yoga conferences. Britany teaches both Vinyasa flow: focusing on strength and breath work, and slow flow: a gentle style of yoga focusing on breathing and deepening your body into yoga poses. She practices yoga to gain mental clarity, and to nourish her body freeing her from stress and anxiety. Britany teaches yoga to share all the benefits of yoga with everybody no matter their physical or financial circumstance. Britany is very grateful to Sigrid Strebe for opening up her studio to her and teaching Britany how to grow and continue to learn.

Britni Schwartz

Britni Schwartz is a Buti Yoga Instructor and twin momma! Yoga found her at a time when the thrusts of motherhood and life had left her feeling a little outside of herself. Eventually, she learned a clear mind is best found on a sweaty mat. She believes self-care is essential, not selfish.  Britni hopes to encourage others to give themselves permission to take to a breath when they need it both in life and on their mat. Her approach is gritty over pretty and practice over perfection. Come join her in the studio and sweat it out together.

Christine Aull

Step onto the mat with Christine and experience a class consciously crafted straight from her heart and steeped in love. Her class aims to offer opportunity for expansion and prove that we are all meant for more than closed off and guarded. Prepare to be uplifted by an empowered breath cadence and align through a highly intentional flow.

Christine is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. In 2015, she completed her 230 Hour Yoga Study through Yoga Center Minneapolis and her Devi Mommas Prenatal Teacher Training through Transitions Yoga in 2019. She is also the creator of the ELEVATE Barre Teacher Training method and holds certifications from Behold Barre, Buti Yoga, Erin Jorich Yoga, Pilates Proworks, and UGI.

Off the mat, Christine is wife to Ben, mama to Olympia, wrangler to Sterling, and espresso aficionado. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat.

Erica Veil

Having grown up training in dance, it was no surprise that Erica fell in love with the artistic athleticism that is yoga and barre.  As a student she witnessed the positive effects on both her body and mind.  She a firm believer that positive thinking will cultivate a positive life.  Erica also works in clinical research thus making her a proud science and anatomy nerd (Ask her about the scientific studies relating to positive versus negative words). It’s wonderful to see the changes in what your body can do when you train and hone it properly.  Off the mat you can find her running around town, quite literally as she seems to always be training for a distance race.  Otherwise she enjoys anything in nature with the company of her boyfriend and golden retriever, including: kayaking, hiking, skiing, camping, and relaxing at the lake.  Join Erica and you can stretch, sweat, and breathe together.

Mariah Edland

Mariah grew up in a small North Dakota town and moved to Fargo after she graduated to pursue her love for Cosmetology. In 2010, she graduated from The Salon Professional Academy and began her career as a Cosmetologist. She moved to Bismarck in 2012 and now works at a local salon. Mariah fell in love with all things yoga about 5 years ago. After doing plenty of yoga at home, she finally decided to attend her first class and was hooked. Between the movement, the breath, that amazing “clear mind” feeling after a class, the challenge, and the full body workout she realized that this practice was going to be her thing. In late 2018, Mariah decided she wanted to pursue her other found love of yoga and become an instructor. She completed her Yoga Sculpt training in January of 2019 under the instruction of Lindsay Masset and cannot wait to share this fun and challenging practice with all of you!

Rebecca Schwartz

Rebecca has been moving her entire life. Since the age of three she has studied classical ballet and other forms of dance. Due to wear and tear injuries Rebecca decided not to pursue a career in dance, however, she still wanted to be involved in the movement and fitness industry. She immediately felt the benefits that a Pilates class offers and soon noticed her injuries begin to vanish. She then enrolled in a teacher training program at Gramercy Pilates in Manhattan. She is trained in contemporary Pilates where proper alignment, breath, and biomechanics are essential in order to efficiently execute the Pilates repertoire. Her goal is to help clients not only look better but discover that mind body connection in order to maintain a healthy and sustainable body.

Jaime Hockett

Yoga came into Jaime’s life when she wasn’t looking for something that she so desperately needed. She began her journey towards becoming a RYT in 2016 after her first pregnancy. Jaime received her 230hr RYT certification through Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She now has two wonderful, crazy, beautiful kids and truly enjoys teaching and holding space for others to find their breath, let go of whatever it is they no longer need and deepen their yoga practice on and off the mat.
